THE STORY
This is a 16” x 20” original painting of Mt Assiniboine, (version 1 of a few more to come)

This painting is inspired by the joy I get running around like an animal in the great outdoors. Exploring, hiking and surviving in nature miles away from the city brings tremendous joy and I hope this painting does the same for you in your home.

I’ve put together a composition of the Mt Assiniboine area that references several different vantage points. I’ve used color to describe how exhilarating it feels to visit the Alberta / British Columbia rockies in person.

These paintings are fairly new for me. I’ve taken what I’ve learned from the past 15 years of design and art making and applied it here.
